Course Overview

The Assistant Mechanic Course is a comprehensive 6-month job-oriented training program designed to prepare candidates for technical support roles in the offshore and onshore oil & gas industry.

The program combines detailed classroom instruction with practical hands-on training in rig equipment maintenance, mechanical systems, troubleshooting techniques, tools handling, preventive maintenance, and industry-standard safety practices.

Students develop the technical knowledge, mechanical skills, and safety awareness required to assist senior mechanics in maintaining drilling equipment and machinery, ensuring smooth, reliable, and safe rig operations.

Course Duration

6 Months (Theory + Practical Training)

Eligibility

  • SSLC / Plus Two / ITI / Diploma (Preferred)
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Physically fit for industrial work
